Nine months later...

and I'm married and gainfully employed (or well, contracted to be) as a lawyer! 3L year is about to start on Monday, and I'm excited. John and I rescued a mini dachshund who has taken over our lives, and we love him more than anything in this world. His name is Kaiser (he came with that name.) :)

I am currently in Houston because I needed to officially change my name on my driver's license before being able to do that on anything else. It's weird being back here in my mom's house, since I haven't "lived" here since summer 2007. I miss my Houston apartment and my first law firm, which thankfully is the one that I'm going to work for starting next year. The second one was not the right place for me.

Annnyway... just an update so I don't feel so guilty about having this blog that is never updated.
