John's coming in ten days! I can't wait to see him... I need to see him...

Orientation schedule is up and going... my class schedule is 90% done, and it seems doable... lot of time on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which will be good to do homework in, I guess... hopefully go to the gym, too.

I can't believe I'm leaving in two weeks. Crazy. Here's to the future!

John's coming to visit and to help me drive back up to ND :) If only he were staying at ND with me forever though... oh well, I guess this girl has to take what she can get.

I will be 23 years old in six months. I will be going back to ND in a month and six days. And hopefully I will be seeing John in a month.

Just for people to note - I really hate fake friends. Please, if you are unable to maintain a true friendship with someone, can you please own up to that and not pretend that it's something that it's not? Because I don't do well with fake. Save the fake fair-weathered crap for someone who is desperate for friendly company. I don't want to waste my time on those types when I can spend that time with those who truly care. I have plenty of people who are deeply involved in my life, so I have no need for those who are just eh.

On an unrelated note - I actually went tanning at the beach today. Lovely. I haven't actually tried to get darker in like four years - that's what going to the midwest will do to a girl, I guess ;)
