So, Christmas is over for the year... it was a really nice one :) I've been home for a little over a week now. I don't think being home has ever felt so good. It even snowed a bit in Houston for Christmas! Snow is even better down here ;)

I was glad to talk to Danielle the other night and catch up a little. It's strange to think about having her and Molly back in two weeks. I've gotten used to my life (albeit a sad life) without them, so hopefully it will be a refreshing change.

Another refreshing change will be the fact that I'll be turning 21 on January 4th. Finally, no more illegal activity ;)

I saw the Nutcracker with Mary last week; I love that ballet :) It does a lot to put you in the Christmas spirit, especially when you get to dress up and go to the Wortham Theatre to watch it. That's one big pro about living in Houston... the theater district, which is second only to NYC in number of seats and shows! hehe.

Okay... I'm out. Later all :)

Ah yes, the last day of classes for the semester. I love today. Last night I stayed up working on a paper that's due on Friday (study days), and got two/thirds of it out of the way. That's always a good thing.

I'm so glad that this semester is essentially over. It was the only one I'll have here without my friends, and it was the last one in which I was under 21 years old. Now I can feel comfortable going out because I can't get in trouble for just standing in a bar area in a restaurant. Stupid Indiana.

I can't wait to go home! I hope my mom has the Christmas tree up before I get there. I can't wait to see the baby... and Olivia, too ;) I've gotten so many digital pics of Chewch and Olivia lately... it's been great.

Anyway. Off to lunch and then to classes and work.
